Our Vision
Inclusive Education Consulting (IEC) was founded with the goal of providing coaching and consulting services to educators and school leaders, as well as neurodiverse individuals and their families, to expand learning opportunities and create holistic education and life plans. Applying research from across the fields of psychology, education, and neuroscience, IEC coaching and development takes a holistic and human-centered approach to growth and improvement. IEC provides strategic design and education planning services based on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, sensory integration, and healing-centered approaches to support the goal of intentionally creating meaningful inclusive opportunities that take into consideration individual, cultural, and learning differences. To ensure ALL special needs and disability students are valued members of their community, alongside with their friends and peers also to have opportunities to reach their maximum potentials.
